I have discovered...
That the only way to get rid of a sinus headache while pregnant is to watch shows that will make you cry until your nose runs.
Fortunately those shows are easy to find when you're pregnant. Heck, even a commercial will do in a pinch. Have you been watching some of those Olympics commercials? Those will make me down right weepy!

Don't worry, not all birth stories are bad. My wife went through 2 fast labours. The latest one was so fast that I almost had to catch. The Midwife slid in on her knees and caught the head. Our doula did not have time to get there before the birth. My youngest is now 8 months old. She was a week overdue, but her feet were not wrinkled like other over due babies, so the due date was off by a week.

No worries, I know that. I'm a volunteer birth companion (sort of like a doula) for single moms, immigrant women... and I've taken my Childbrith Educator's Course... I'm not so worried about the whole birth thing.
