Who said that?
They can say whatever they want.
But I believe the content violates the Blogger.com Terms of Service.
That's why it gets flagged. Do you see me removing their freedom of speech? Nope. Just objecting to what they are saying.
When they signed up for a blog, they agreed to the terms of reference. If they don't like it, that's their problem.
